Tone parameters

The first 4.0x users have trouble finding the new tone parameters. Here is a complete list of them, with their menu entry (yes, the last ones have a LETTER as first 'digit'), their sysex number and their midi CC.

Check also this wiki, maintained by Dave : SuperJX PWM wiki.

The old tones are automatically converted to the new format. Old ENV1 and ENV2 become ENV3 and ENV4 since these remain ADSR. The PG800 is still supported, but several tone parameters are not accessible since the PG800 is missing buttons/sliders.
